Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- Full-time: 5x8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
- Valid BLS certification
- Active Colorado state license as a Radiation Therapist
- Proven experience in radiation therapy, demonstrating high standards of precision, safety, and patient communication
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality patient care and radiation safety protocols
Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments as outlined by physicians and oncologists
- Operate and monitor linear accelerators and related equipment with strict adherence to protocols
- Assess patient responses, provide clear information, and offer compassionate support throughout each session
- Prepare patient treatment rooms and maintain equipment according to regulatory standards
- Document procedures and report any variances or concerns promptly to ensure exceptional care and safety
- Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold the highest levels of patient confidentiality and care standards
