St. Nick’s is looking for a creative and dependable Decor Associate to support our décor production team with hands-on seasonal projects. This role focuses on crafting, refurbishing, organizing, and preparing décor pieces used in large-scale holiday displays.
If you enjoy working with floral materials, wreaths, garlands, ornaments, and decorative elements — and like hands-on creative work in a workshop setting — this could be a great fit.
This is a flexible, on-call style position with varying hours based on project needs and seasonal workload. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and refurbishing seasonal décor
- Assemble wreaths, garlands, floral arrangements, and decorative pieces
- Organize materials and maintain clean work areas
- Use simple hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and measuring tools
- Support workshop and warehouse projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Enjoys crafting and hands-on creative work
- Neat, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop/warehouse environment
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- We will train dependable individuals
