We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team for the evening shift. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude upon arrival and assign rooms accordingly
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle phone and online reservations professionally
- Verify payment methods and credit card information
- Provide guests with detailed information about room rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready
- Manage group bookings and assist with VIP and special event arrangements
- Upsell hotel services and facilities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Familiarity with online booking platforms such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and front desk software a plus
- Will train the right candidate
