We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates willing to learn.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.
