About the Role
As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a vital role in our production environment by assembling complex components and ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality standards. You will utilize your technical expertise to interpret blueprints and operate precision tools, directly contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our high-performance product lines.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise assembly of mechanical components by following detailed technical specifications and work orders.

Operate a variety of hand, pneumatic, and power tools to build assemblies, including specialized tasks like tube bending and soldering.

Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials to ensure accurate product configuration.

Perform comprehensive quality inspections and troubleshooting to verify that finished goods meet all performance criteria.

Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring component usage and reporting shortages to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Uphold a safe and organized workspace by adhering to 5S principles and all established safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and consistently achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs independently and perform repetitive tasks such as standing for extended periods.

Strong manual dexterity and experience using industrial hand and power tools.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory management software.

Demonstrated experience with precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
