Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for executing cleaning procedures efficiently and consistently, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of sanitation and presentation. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning activities to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized effectively to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment with an understanding of safety procedures related to their use.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately over extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for long periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Required Work Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:45am - 4:15pm
- Friday - Saturday - 7am - 3:30pm
- 6th day as needed
Pay: $18.03 per hour
