Elite Capital Alliance is a commercial loan brokerage that funds U.S. business owners through term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, and MCA products. Our clients are business owners averaging $50K–$5M+ per month in revenue who need capital to grow, take on projects, or stabilize.
If you're an experienced B2B closer who wants real leads, real product, and real earnings without a ceiling, this is the role.
The Opportunity
- Renewal commissions for the life of the client — when your funded clients return for additional capital, you earn the same rate on every renewal. Build a book that pays you for years, not months.
- Full back-office support — dedicated processors handle file build, lender submission, and stipulations. You close. We get the deal funded. You're a closer, not a junior processor.
- Hot leads delivered to closers — if you can close, we want you spending your time closing.
- Real lender relationships across the full product stack — term loans, lines of credit, SBA, and MCA. Multiple options on every deal so we match the right product to the right business.
- No territory restrictions — work with business owners anywhere in the U.S.
What You'll Be Doing
- High-volume outbound prospecting — calling, following up, and closing business owners who need funding
- Qualifying leads based on business revenue, credit profile, and funding needs
- Presenting financing solutions including term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, and more
- Managing your pipeline with discipline and urgency
- Closing business
Who We're Looking For
- Required: Verifiable B2B sales experience (any industry — financial services a plus, not a requirement)
- Comfortable closing on the phone and on video
- Clear communicator who listens before pitching
- Plan on a 30–60 day ramp to your first funded deal. Smaller deals can close in 2–3 weeks. Come in with at least 60 days of personal runway.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
We hire experienced B2B salespeople and teach them commercial lending. If you've never sold a loan, that's fine — your sales skills transfer. We will train you on:
- Our full product suite — term loans, lines of credit, SBA, MCAs
- How to qualify a business and match it to the right product
- How to build a clean, fundable submission package
- New products and lender programs as they become available
For top performers, there is a clear path to senior closer and team lead roles as we grow.
THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF
- You need a base salary or guaranteed draw
- This is your first sales role
- You're between roles and looking for a short-term stopgap
- You expect leads to do the work for you
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- 30% of the broker commission ECA earns on every funded deal
- Renewals compensated at the same rate, every time
- Full comp plan walkthrough during the interview
HOW TO APPLY
