Inspire Change. Support Growth. Empower Every Learner.
Join our team of dedicated school psychologists who believe in the potential of every student — academically, behaviorally, and emotionally. We also believe in the potential within each of us by empowering and supporting one another. The Psychological Services department is robust, with over 200 staff members, and offers a diverse range of caseload opportunities with specialized work assignments.
As a school psychologist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the whole child by implementing all 10 domains from the NASP Practice Model. You’ll have the opportunity to build supportive learning environments through the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), lead psychoeducational evaluation teams, and engage in numerous forms of collaboration, consultation, and data-driven decision making.
Unique opportunities abound for those interested in curating their own professional learning. School psychologists often supervise practicum students and interns, providing hands-on learning and professional guidance. They also mentor new school psychologists, sharing expertise and helping them thrive in their roles. Opportunities also exist for school psychologists to take on leadership roles at their school sites or within the department to help shape services and innovate support systems.
This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to identify student needs and design effective interventions
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to inform services and support
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including crisis response, school improvement, and professional learning
- Champion the NASP Practice Model and deliver services across all 10 domains of practice
- Provide short-term, targeted support in academic, behavioral, and mental health domains

Together, we can shape resilient, empowered, and successful learners one student at a time.
