Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled PAS-X Expert to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing manufacturing and process automation solutions within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in PAS-X, a leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software designed for validated environments. Duties
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of PAS-X MES solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and quality standards.

- Conduct comprehensive process mapping and business analysis to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and automation.
- Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives by developing strategies that promote user adoption and system integration.
- Provide expert guidance on system upgrades, validation activities, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams through effective communication of technical concepts, project status updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop detailed documentation including process workflows, user requirements, testing protocols, and training materials.
- Support business development efforts by researching industry trends, preparing proposals, and demonstrating consulting expertise.
- Lead training sessions for end-users and management to ensure proficient utilization of PAS-X systems.
- Analyze data to evaluate system effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing enterprise MES implementations with a focus on PAS-X or similar systems within regulated environments.
- Strong background in project management, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Management and Business Process Mapping.
- Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives, technical teams, and clients globally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and analysis purposes.
- Extensive management consulting experience with a focus on technology-driven organizational change.
- Skilled in data analysis and business analysis techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
- Experience working within consulting firms or large-scale organizational transformation projects.
