Morning Support Teacher (Part-Time to Full-Time)

$16 – $17 per hour
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
The Learning Experience Lake Georgetown is located Northwest Georgetown is seeking a reliable and dependable Morning Support Teacher to join our team. Morning coverage is critical to our school operations, so punctuality and consistency are essential. This position may transition from part-time to full-time based on school needs and performance.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced early education environment and is passionate about supporting children, teachers, and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Support classroom teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Help maintain strong classroom management and smooth morning transitions

Model professionalism and teamwork while assisting lead teachers

- Implement and support our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children
Communicate positively with families and contribute to a welcoming school culture

Partner with leadership to support enrollment, retention, and overall center success

Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Previous childcare experience preferred

Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of childcare experience required with proof of 24hrs of Pre-service education certificates for childcare in Texas.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
