We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Relations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with experience in hotel or resort environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle special requests or accommodations for guests as needed.
- Promote a positive image through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $17.00 per hour
