Best Western University Inn is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our full-service restaurant team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality food preparation and works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
