Our Night Maintenance staff care for our restaurants, carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities / Skills
- Clean and supply designated building areas (sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, cleaning restaurant fryers and broilers, etc)
- Check-in deliveries, rotate stock and maintain supply rooms
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
