United Services LLC is a utility-scale solar construction company, and we're hiring a New Mexico-licensed Master Electrician to support our projects nationwide.
THE MUST-HAVE: an ACTIVE New Mexico Master Electrician license, current and in-hand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Active New Mexico Master Electrician license (required - current, not in progress)
- OSHA 30 (current, or willing to obtain)
- Willing to travel 100% to job sites across the country
- Utility-scale solar or commercial/industrial electrical experience preferred
- Long-term mindset - someone looking to grow with a fast-moving company
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus (our team is heavily bilingual)
THE WORK:
- Full-time traveling role on utility-scale solar sites across 9-10 states (we've been in Michigan, Iowa, the Dakotas, and more)
- Projects typically run 3-9 months; home base is El Paso, TX
- Mechanical installation, electrical support, remediation, and project coordination
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- $30-45/hr, depending on experience
- Per diem (~$100/day) on top of your hourly rate while traveling

ABOUT US: United Services started in 2018 in the North Dakota oil field, moved into utility-scale solar in 2020, and went all-in on solar by 2022. Today we handle mechanical installation, electrical support, remediation, and project coordination as a subcontractor across nine to ten states - and we're stepping up to work directly with EPCs.
