FULL-TIME & PART TIME
POSITION PURPOSE: Maintain the physical functionality of facility and provide optimal Guest Service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Execute any work orders for repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry
- Maintaining pool, exterior and grounds.
- Performing preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
- Inspects guestrooms and public spaces for needed and preventive maintenance
- Record and report completed repairs and items that need further attention
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.
Experience: Maintenance, Custodial or Handy man experience a plus but not necessary.
Grooming: Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
Schedule: Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Evenings
- Shifts are generally 3pm-11 pm, based on business and client demand, including holidays as necessary
