This Registered Nurse Supervisor opportunity is ideal for a nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and delivering exceptional resident care. The RN Supervisor will play a key role in guiding staff, maintaining clinical excellence, and creating a positive environment for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities of the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
- Supervise evening nursing operations and ensure quality standards of care are consistently maintained.
- Support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, throughout the shift.
- Serve as the clinical Supervisor for resident care concerns, admissions, and emergencies.
- Assist with mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing team members.
- Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary departments.
- Ensure the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Promote a positive and professional atmosphere as an evening shift Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications for the RN Supervisor Role
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
