Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Retail & Café Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store and café. This creative, customer-focused leader will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring that both areas reflect the vision and values of the Company.
Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the retail store and café, ensuring smooth, guest-focused service.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver world-class hospitality and uphold brand standards.

Handle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, professional development, and performance management, including coaching and, when necessary, corrective actions.

Works closely with senior leadership team to align retail and café operations with Paisley Park's creative and business goals.

Prepare and present annual department goal proposals, monitor sales data and KPIs, deliver weekly and end-of-year performance reports to leadership.

Oversee cash-handling procedures, including cash-drawer counts, reconciliations, and deposits.

Manage merchandising, inventory control, vendor relationships, vendor coordination and partnerships.

Identify and implement creative opportunities and revenue-driving initiatives to enhance guest engagement and boost profitability.

Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Oversee café menu offerings and food-safety compliance

Coordinate merchandise presence at offsite events, including inventory and logistics.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications

3–5 years of management experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong leadership and team-development skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Creative eye for merchandising and guest-experience design.
