The Behavior Specialist I will work under the supervision of a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Coordinator deliveringindividualized behavioral interventions. The Behavior Specialist willassist clients with the acquisition of new skills, reduce challengingbehaviors, and support caregivers and staff with effective strategiesthrough modeling, training, and feedback.
