(FCR, Inc.) has been strengthening children, families, and communities for more than 50 years, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to become the welcoming face of our Seminary Head Start/Early Head Start Center. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and community partners. You'll help keep our center running smoothly by:

Greeting and assisting families, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

Answering and directing incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

Providing administrative support, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.

Assisting families with enrollment information and answering questions about our programs.

Supporting waiting lists, attendance tracking, referrals, and enrollment activities.

Maintaining office and program supplies.

Following visitor security procedures and helping create a safe, welcoming environment.

Providing support at community events and assisting the Center Manager and program staff as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support

Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
