Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking a Lead Industrial Operations Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Industrial Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting a dedicated team of maintenance mechanics, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Oversee engineering operations and provide technical guidance to technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and validate commissioning information for new equipment.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing business disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations related to building operations and work safety.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience; an engineering degree is preferred.
- Experience with HVAC, water systems, and air systems within a facility environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
