Radianta Inc is seeking driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Account Managers – AT&T Fiber. In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, introduce AT&T Fiber solutions, and help them make informed decisions about their internet services. You'll also receive hands-on training designed to develop your communication, account management, and professional leadership skills.

Day-to-day Responsibilities of our Entry-Level Account Managers
- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers by delivering friendly, personalized service.
- Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber products, service plans, and current promotional offers.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend internet solutions that best fit their lifestyle and preferences.
- Guide customers through account setup, service enrollments, and other account-related support with accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and ensure every interaction results in a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and company goals while participating in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
