Job Title: Park Manager

Position Summary:
Lost Lake Resort is seeking a dedicated and proactive Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our scenic resort. This role is responsible for ensuring the park is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to maintenance oversight, and a commitment to resolving resident concerns efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for landscaping, repairs, and other services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with resort standards.
Resident Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Foster a positive community environment through clear communication and responsive service.
- Enforce Park rules and policies fairly and consistently.
Emergency Response:
- Act as the on-site lead during emergencies such as severe weather, utility outages, medical incidents, or safety threats.
- Coordinate with emergency services and communicate clearly with residents during critical situations.
- Maintain and regularly update emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
- Ensure staff are trained in basic emergency protocols and safety procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, resident communications, incident reports, and emergency logs.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking related to park operations.
- Support seasonal planning and event coordination as needed.
Work collectively with the Office Manager:
- Staffing
- Budgeting and reporting
- Problem solving
Team Leadership:
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure high performance and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property or park management, hospitality, or facilities maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and landscaping systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with office software and maintenance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
