Responsibilities
- Perform safe and effective teeth whitening procedures using the latest techniques and products, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients about the teeth whitening process, aftercare instructions, and available aesthetic treatments to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and best practices.
- Assist with client consultations to determine treatment suitability and recommend additional services such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, or other aesthetic options.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
- Promote retail sales of teeth whitening products and other beauty treatments through engaging product demos and upselling strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from front desk check-in to treatment completion, emphasizing excellent guest services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty or aesthetic industry, particularly with dental or facial treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, or laser therapy.
- Certification or licensing in dental assisting, esthetician services, nursing, or cosmetology is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and skincare routines.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and other salon services is advantageous.
- Experience with social media management for marketing promotions is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
