This position combines sales, marketing, social media marketing, content creation, customer relationship management (CRM), and real estate consulting in one of the most dynamic cities in the United States, Boston.

As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you’ll drive brand visibility, marketing presence and client engagement while guiding people through every step of their Boston housing journey, whether they’re renting their first apartment, relocating, or investing in a home. You’ll also build your professional network, grow your marketing presence, and shape a long-term career in the real estate industry.

You Will
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging social media content across platforms to build your personal brand and strengthen Ehomie’s marketing presence.
- Participate in content planning and creation initiatives, including video production, live Q&A sessions, market insights discussions, community engagement activities, and brand marketing campaigns.
- Leverage social media marketing, content marketing, and community marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate potential business partnership opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

- Connect with prospective renters and homebuyers, understand their needs, and provide personalized housing solutions.
- Guide clients through property tours, lease applications, and transactions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while utilizing CRM systems and technology tools to manage leads, track client engagement, and maximize sales performance.

We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- International students with CPT authorization and graduates eligible for OPT are encouraged to apply.
- Real estate license holder or actively pursuing a real estate license.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, social media marketing, content creation, customer relationship management, or real estate.
- Comfortable creating content and engaging with marketing communities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
