McGuire's Beautiful Outdoors offers residential and commercial lawn care services to Land O' Lakes and the surrounding areas, and we are looking to add to our Office Administration team!
We offer weekly full-time pay with a great schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm with Fridays off, giving you three-day weekends to enjoy your sunny life! We also offer great benefits including life insurance, paid time off, Holiday Pay, and a fun team environment!
We are seeking an individual who:
-Has strong organizational skills and is detail-oriented
-Has a professional, friendly demeanor
-Has the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment
-Is excellent on phone calls, with great customer service skills
-Possesses excellent computer skills
-Possesses experience in the green/lawn industry (not a requirement!)
-Has great work ethic and initiative
-Has the ability to work full-time hours of up to 40 hours
This administrative position reports to the General Manager and will perform office duties with a partner office administrator sharing work duties. This position may require the work of full-time hours, as well as part-time, depending on business needs.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
-Manage a multi-line phone system with politeness and professionalism
-Perform computer data entry tasks efficiently and precisely
-Monitor company e-mail inbox and voicemail box, responding appropriately and promptly
-Provide excellent customer service to clients and leads
-Managing client payment collection
Qualifications & Experience:
-Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
-Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
-Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook (we will offer training on our CRM software)
-Willingness to learn and understand lawn care needs and terminology in order to effectively assess client needs and to communicate effectively with appropriate team member
