Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join the team at a nationally recognized defense litigation law firm client! In this role you will handle a variety of professional liability, medical malpractice, securities litigation, labor and employment, and insurance broker liability cases.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participation in mediations, hearings, and depositions
- Timely completion of reports and projects according to partner and client needs
- Proper recording of billable hours, in adherence to guidelines and policy
- Evaluation of findings; development of strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentation
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- NY bar admission required; NJ bar admission preferred
- Ideally 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong skills in legal research and writing
Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
