Kaliber Management Sales Support Associate
Position Description
The purpose of the Sales Support Associate is to maximize sales opportunities by effectively answering and handling inbound Mobile Home sales calls in an effort to acquire new residential customers and solicit existing residential customers. You will be part of our Sales team working directly with sales, reps, consumers, and internal departments to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Park Managers to establish new and maintain existing sales.
- Answers incoming calls from dealers and consumers
- Screening of Applicants
- Process dealer orders via, phone, fax, or weblink entry
- Track and maintain files.
- Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain master files as needed.
- Assist with projects as assigned by management.
- Meet monthly sales quota determined by management.
Qualifications:
- Must have sales experience.
- Mobile Home experience (Preferred)
- Proficient on the computer
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette, good persuasive, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Rent Manager or system equivalent
- Able to sell and handle all customer service inquiries through effective communication.
- Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics and bookkeeping, familiarity and use of computers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
