A Sign & Graphics is a growing vehicle wrap, signage, and graphics company looking for a Junior Production Specialist to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to learn a skilled trade in the graphics industry.
While previous sign or wrap experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Working directly with our Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing printed graphics for installation
- Weeding vinyl graphics
- Cutting printed materials to size
- Applying transfer tape
- Organizing completed print jobs for installers
- Maintaining a clean and organized production area
- Assisting with inventory and material handling
- Learning to operate large-format printers and laminators as your skills develop
- Supporting the production team wherever needed

About the Position
Our shop is a fast-paced production environment, and every day brings something different. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, teachable, and eager to grow. The right candidate enjoys staying busy, embraces learning new skills, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to operate our large-format printers, laminators, and other production equipment, creating a clear path for career growth within the company.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
