The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery is looking for a dependable, hard-working Oven Operator/Baker to join our production team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and takes pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial bakery ovens safely and efficiently
- Bake cheesecakes, cakes, pies, and other bakery items according to production schedules
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Prepare pans, racks, and products for baking
- Follow recipes and production procedures accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Assist with production and packaging as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements:
- Bakery or food production experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working in a warm environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team mentality
