JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years of experience in 2 or more of the following: pump maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or mechanical systems; Class B Virginia Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with necessary endorsements; ability to obtain Work Zone Safety, VA Flagging, Blood Borne Pathogens, and CPR & First Aid, OSHA Lock-Out/Tag-Out; knowledge of pumps, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical systems.
SALARY RANGE: $43,555 - $50,066
