Texas de Brazil is growing at Mall St. Matthews in Louisville, and we’re building an energetic, guest-focused opening team! As a carver, you’ll be the heart of our hospitality—creating memorable experiences from the very first pour to the final plate. Pay is $16.00/hr.

*Kitchen/Cooking experience is a plus but not necessary. At Texas de Brazil, the gauchos are responsible for preparing various meats, cooking various meats over an open flame, then serving the meats table-side to guests in the dining room.
