We are a fast-paced, multi-tasking café seeking an experienced barista confident on a traditional espresso machine. This is not an entry-level position.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour + tips
Paid training provided upon hire (typically 1–2 hours).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Skilled with a traditional espresso machine and milk steaming
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented, respectful
- Professional and consistent
