Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, dynamic and strong selling Boutique manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service to meet business goals. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, optimize inventory management, and uphold company standards.
Hours of Operation - 11-7. 5 day / 40 hours work week
This position is hourly plus commissions.
Duties
- Lead by example through personal selling and achieving goals.
- Supervise store staff and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and light merchandising to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in supervising teams within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer engagement.
- Self-motivated and strong ownership skills
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
