CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision-machined components for commercial plumbing fittings, toilet partition hardware, and other high-quality metal products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to maintain tight tolerances, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision metal components.
- Produce parts used in:
- Commercial plumbing fittings, including urinal strainers, lavatory fittings, pipe holders, and chrome-plated fittings.
- Toilet partition hardware, including hinges, brackets, latches, channels, and related components.
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production quality.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Maintain dimensional tolerances and document inspection results.
- Follow all quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machine operating experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
- Experience machining stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other production metals.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment and maintaining tight tolerances.
- Experience producing precision hardware, plumbing fittings, or similar industrial components is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: $22.00 - $22.01 per hour
