Rust Bullet, LLC is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Paint Processor & Warehouse Associate to join our growing Reno facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in processing high-performance paint products while keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and process paint products with precision to meet quality standards for distribution
- Label, organize, and store paint materials and inventory accurately in the warehouse
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for customers
- Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep the paint processing area and warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards
- Follow all company procedures to ensure consistent product quality and a safe work environment
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven sit-down forklift experience required (certification is a plus – training available)
- Previous warehouse, paint, manufacturing, or production experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally
- Able to wear a respirator and other PPE
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and excellent attendance are a must
