Owner operator looking to expand. In need of reliable people that can handle mowing and maintenance routes on their own, but also as a team when needed for bigger jobs. We’re a growing lawn and landscape business based in Clearwater, FL. As a small, owner-operated company, every team member’s work has a direct impact on our growth. We are looking to hire for two days to three days a week but we will add more work onto the schedule as the company grows. This means that as we build more routes and bring on additional work, there will be opportunities for increased hours and responsibilities for top performers. Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties
- Pull weeds, install mulch, and maintain landscape beds
- Safely operate and refuel lawn equipment and vehicles
- Follow daily route schedules using routing software
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs)
- Able to drive a truck with a trailer
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Additional Information
All new hires will complete a 90-day probationary period to assess performance
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
