Description:
Sales Associates are the go-to resource for customers seeking guidance, answers, and product support. This role is responsible for creating a shopping experience built on trust, accurate product knowledge, store appearance, merchandising, and point-of-sale support, in line with Shoppers Supply standards.
Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer and help them find what they need with accurate, helpful product knowledge.

Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.

Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and merchandising displays.

Restock shelves and rotate product so the floor stays full and fresh.

Ring up purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.

Use basic computer skills to look up product info, pricing, or availability for customers.

Communicate with teammates throughout the shift and support wherever help is needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in departments outside your usual assignment when needed.

Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and trash removal.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Friendly, service-first attitude with strong communication skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Comfortable learning our point-of-sale and computer systems.

Retail experience preferred but not required, we'll teach you the rest.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
