Experienced Painter
New Vida Painting is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented painters to join our growing team. With over 25 years of industry experience and more than 10 years serving our community as New Vida Painting, we have built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
We specialize in residential and commercial interior and exterior painting, custom wood staining and refinishing, cabinet finishing, production finishing, and pressure washing. Our team works both on the field and in our 1,400 sq. ft. finishing facility equipped with a professional spray booth.
We are currently looking to hire painters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values quality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, patching, masking, and caulking
- Surface covering with plastic and paint including walls, floors, furniture and more
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Cabinet painting and refinishing
- Wood staining and finishing
- Job site setup, protection, and cleanup
- Pressure washing and surface preparation
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment
- Following company quality standards and safety procedures
- Adding stucco and patching small holes when needed
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, contractors, designers, and team members
- Must be able to carry up to 50lbs
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of preparation techniques and finish applications
- Experience with spray equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift ladders, materials, and equipment as required
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
