Flowbility Therapeutics is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
Flowbility is a boutique therapeutic massage practice specializing in orthopedic massage, sports massage, deep tissue, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, and nervous system-focused bodywork. Our goal is simple: provide exceptional care that creates lasting relationships. Many of our clients have been with Flowbility for years because they value high-quality treatment and genuine connection.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated therapist who wants the freedom of being an independent contractor while having the support of an established business.

Available Shifts
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation
- Competitive percentage-based pay
- Compensation depends on experience and skill level
Requirements
- Current Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic with a desire to build your clientele
- Able to maintain Flowbility's cleanliness, organization, and room standards
- Excellent communication and customer service
The treatment room is already fully equipped for therapists who currently practice or are interested in offering Ashiatsu.
