We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, mature, reliable, and loving people to work in our early education center to work with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old to join. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers
- Lead daily classroom activities, including play-based learning, literacy education, and early intervention strategies
- Manage classroom routines and behavior management techniques to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, child welfare documentation, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare setting, specifically with toddlers
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention practices
- Expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Certification in early childhood education or willing to earn certifications
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning
