Duties

Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Proven dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is highly desirable
- Skilled in menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs
- Fine dining experience that emphasizes presentation, quality, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience in restaurant or food industry settings with a focus on kitchen operations
- Exceptional knife skills combined with proficiency in food service and catering environments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management
