POSITION TITLE:
SUPERVISOR, WORKSTATION SUPPORT SERVICES - 250 DAY
INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily concerned with coordinating the School Division's 90+ technical support staff collaboratively with two additional Supervisors of Workstation Support. The supervisor advises on computer hardware selection and installation, evaluates user requests, and coordinates the resolutions of user problems. Completed work of this position is reviewed in terms of feasibility and compatibility with other work of the organization.
