Job Summary
We are seeking an English speaking, and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical capabilities and limitations using advanced physiology and anatomy knowledge.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical documentation standards and best practices in physiotherapy.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize recovery outcomes for conditions like orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, home exercises, and community resources to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings.
Skills
- Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, or home health environments.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and specific areas such as orthopedics and neurology.
- Skilled in developing effective treatment plans that incorporate discharge planning and patient rehabilitation strategies.
- Excellent client communication skills to motivate patients and explain complex therapies clearly.
- Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center operations and outpatient experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and proficiency managing EMR/EHR systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work with geriatric patients as well as pediatric populations in diverse care settings including inpatient hospital units or outpatient clinics.
- Experience with physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and working within hospital or inpatient care environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare teams on treatment plan development and discharge processes.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
