We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Advisor to join our team. As a Benefits Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance and financial needs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Duties:
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and financial services
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their individual needs
- Conduct thorough analysis to recommend suitable coverage options

- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients
Skills:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
