An owner of a residence in Pineapple Hill, Kapalua, is looking for a experienced property manager with a positive attitude to manage the vacation property and deal with long term tenants:
Duties:
- Oversee the administrative and operational aspects of property management
– Strong skills in dealing with tenants and timely addressing any property issues
- Visit weekly a vacant property and bi-monthly when rented
- Search for and deal with vendors and service providers
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of time and expenses
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient with computer systems
- Ability to locate service providers and manage vendor relationships
- College Degree is a PLUS
- Reliable vehicle and living within 10 miles from the property essential
