```Duties```
- Conduct property inspections and appraisals to determine the value of residential properties.
- Collect and analyze data on property characteristics, market conditions, and comparable sales
- Inspect properties to assess condition and identify any factors that may affect value
- Prepare written reports detailing appraisal findings and conclusions
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations
```Experience```
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
- Understanding of tax assessment processes and methodologies
- Ability to conduct quantitative research and perform financial analysis
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculations
- Experience working with accounts and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build accurate property profiles
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
