Location: Whitefish Bay, WI
We’re looking for a part-time Barista to join Fitzgerald Café, located within Fitzgerald Pharmacy in Whitefish Bay, part of Hayat Pharmacy, a locally owned pharmacy group serving the Milwaukee area.
This is a great fit for someone who already has hands-on barista experience and enjoys working in a smaller, high-quality café environment.
You’ll be responsible for preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail, while creating a welcoming experience for guests.
This includes:

Taking orders and preparing drinks using espresso equipment and grinders

Maintaining a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift

Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens

Handling payments accurately

Supporting light food prep and restocking as needed

Working independently at times while keeping service running smoothly

Previous barista experience required (experience with espresso machines strongly preferred)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

Friendly, professional communication with guests and team members

Ability to stay organized and take initiative during slower and busier periods
Experience in smaller cafés or with manual espresso machines is a plus.
