Cypress Lake Animal Hospital is currently seeking compassionate and team-oriented Veterinarians to join their growing private practice hospital in beautiful Fort Myers, FL. At Cypress Lake animal Hospital, we are a full service, small animal GP/UC hospital with a dedicated team of veterinary doctors that provide AAHA Accredited physical examinations, vaccines, surgery, including spay and neuter, emergency services, in house pharmacy, in house laboratory diagnostics, laser surgery, laser therapy, ultrasound, digital x-ray, and boarding.

Within our internal network, our dedicated and compassionate doctors, board-certified specialists and support team members provide AAHA Accredited physical examinations, vaccines, laser, soft-tissue, orthopedic, spay and neuter surgical services, emergency and overnight intensive care services, in-house laboratory diagnostics and pharmacy, internal medicine services including advanced diagnostic procedures (Ultrasound, CT imaging, Echo & Endo), Arthroscopy, Neurology, Fluoroscopy, laser therapy, digital X-ray, MRI and boarding services.
Essential responsibilities:
The Associate Veterinarian’s primary job responsibility is to provide high quality patient care and outstanding client service. Veterinarians are responsible for providing outpatient services such as wellness care, diagnosis and treatment of sick patients, in patient hospitalization, case management and surgery. Veterinarians must be detail oriented, make good decisions, respond quickly and calmly to crises and maintain high standards of patient care. They need to communicate clearly with the other doctors, support staff and clients to ensure that patients receive the care that they need.
Salary:
$150,000- 180,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and credentials), plus additional incentives and benefits with no negative accruals

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree(we are accepting applications for 2026 Graduates now!)
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
- Experience in diagnosing and treating illnesses in animals
- Proficiency in performing surgeries (preferred)
