La Perle Tea House – Camas, WA
Join Our Opening Team!
La Perle Tea House is an elegant, English/ French inspired tea room opening in Camas, Washington. We are looking for warm, energetic, hospitality-focused team members who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and are excited to be part of a new business from the beginning.
This is a cross-trained position, meaning every team member will learn and assist in multiple areas of the tea house, including serving guests, hosting, and supporting the kitchen when needed.
Position Responsibilities
Tea Room Server
- Provide exceptional table service to guests.
- Explain menu items, teas, and specials.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room.
- Assist with private events and afternoon tea services.
Front Host
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations and guest seating.
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
- Handle guest check-in and payment processing.
- Maintain the appearance of the front entrance and host station.
Kitchen Support
- Assist with food preparation and plating.
- Help prepare tea towers and service trays.
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support kitchen staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn multiple positions.
- Comfortable working in a fast but study environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Weekend availability is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant, café, tea room, bakery, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience serving guests or working with food is a plus.
- Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
- MAST permit
Schedule
- Part-time and Full-time positions available.
- Must be available for weekends and special events.
- Flexible scheduling.
