We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Medical Spa Receptionist/Clinical Esthetician to join our vibrant team! MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for an experienced Medical Front Office Receptionist with a background in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or medical office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and members by answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and greeting clients upon arrival.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with clients regarding treatments, products, memberships, policies, and procedures.
- Check clients in and out and maintain accurate client records in the EMR system.
- Assist with administrative duties, data entry, product inventory, and general office organization.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, common areas, and storage areas.
- Assist the Spa Director and management with events, promotions, marketing initiatives, and social media.
- Help promote products, services, memberships, and special events within the community and online.
- Support the clinical and sales teams as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, aesthetics, or medical office is required.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures, aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and medical terminology.
- Strong computer skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, polished, confident, friendly, and well-mannered.
- Highly organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, clinic management, providers, and sales staff.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end medical spa environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and occasional holidays.
- Saturday availability and at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM are required.
CLINICAL ESTHETICIAN
We are also seeking an experienced, licensed Clinical Esthetician to join our growing medical spa team.
Our med spa has an established clientele and a strong reputation for facials, chemical peels, acne treatments, anti-aging services, and advanced skincare. We are consistently booked several weeks in advance and are looking to add another talented esthetician to our team to meet the growing demand.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Must be a currently licensed Esthetician.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional esthetics experience.
- Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or similar clinical aesthetic environment is strongly preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience with:
- Chemical peels
- Acne treatments
- Anti-aging facials and treatments
- Experience with HydraFacial and body contouring is a plus.
- Provide customized treatments based on each client's individual skin concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on appropriate skincare products and treatment plans.
- Effectively communicate treatment options, products, memberships, and clinic policies.
- Deliver an exceptional, professional, and personalized client experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Work cohesively with providers, management, front office, and sales staff.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, organized, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and at least a couple of additional days per week.
